You’ll  discover simple yet powerful techniques that soothe the mind, relax the body, and nurture the soul.

The sessions give you space to explore a gentle combination of mindful practices like breathing techniques, guided meditations, and EFT tapping to support you in calming your nervous system, reducing overwhelm, and building inner resilience.

I invite you to step into this safe, comforting space, where you can take a pause from the rush of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and feel truly restored.

Relax & Reset classes are designed to support you in finding calm amid the chaos of modern life, offering a sanctuary where you can release tension, regulate your nervous system, and develop tools to manage stress and anxiety. 

 

You will experience a variety of healing techniques, such as:

 

  • Silent Counselling to help you release built up emotional blockages

 

  • Breathing techniques to calm body and mind

 

  • EFT tapping to give instant relief from stressors and build self love and acceptance

 

  • Mindfulness practices, teaching you to notice and react to what’s going on in your body and mind

 

  • Guided meditations to relax and uplift body and soul

 

Each week you will learn new techniques which you can use whenever you need to calm, soothe and reset your body and mind.

3. Enjoy a supportive community experience and the chance to make new friends

You can expect…

 

A warm welcome and a cosy, relaxing space

 

A peaceful and laid-back vibe

 

Wear whatever you’re comfortable in- I’d suggest loose comfortable clothing but anything goes

 

Oodie, jammies, loungwear, whatever you’re happy in

 

Wear cosy socks so that you can take your shoes off

 

Chairs will be provided but if you want to take along a cosy blanket and pillow,
or a mat to lie on, you’re welcome to do so

 

The sessions will be relaxed but will follow a rough structure:

 

Welcome and sharing of weekly wins

 

A brief teaching from Louisa

 

Introduction to and Practice of various Relaxation techniques 

 

Guided meditation to music

 

A warm cup of relaxing herbal tea (provided) and time to chill and chat or have some quiet time to yourself.

I offer single sessions and block bookings designed to make it easier for you to prioritise your well-being whilst saving a bit of money too.

 

Booking a block in advance helps to encourage a consistent routine, gently reminding you to take time for yourself each week. And it means that for less than the cost of a weekly supermarket shop, you’re getting 8 weeks of relaxation, connection and learning.

 

The 8 sessions can help you stay on track, so you can focus on relaxing and recharging without any stress. You deserve this time to unwind, nurture yourself and treat yourself to some much needed me-time.

 

Please note- sessions that are unused in the 8 week block are non-refundable and cannot be rolled-over to the next block of sessions.

 

If you think you will be unable to attend all 8 sessions in the block, it may be more cost-effective for you to book single sessions.

Silent Counselling Rapid Emotional Release Therapy is versatile and can assist with a variety of emotional and psychological issues, including but not limited to fears, phobias, stress, anger, self-esteem issues, and physical pain associated with emotional blockages. This non-invasive method offers a powerful tool for those seeking a profound and holistic approach to healing.
