During your 90 days with Louisa you will access bespoke weekly ADHD coaching sessions 1 to 1 focusing on leveraging your ADHD to create a life that’s as unique and extraordinary as you are. From the first day we meet, I will have your back. You get to feel safe, supported and truly heard by someone who just “gets” it.
First I’ll learn all about you- we take a deep dive into where you’re currently at with your ADHD and what you’re struggling with most. Let’s get clear on what’s currently happening in order to move forward.

LEARN- Everyone experiences ADHD uniquely. Often we find it difficult to recognise our own ADHD traits and the strategies which we have built up in order to compensate for them. ADVOCATE- ADHD is a registered disability and the people living with it know all too well the many struggles they deal with on a daily basis. Unfortunately ADHD is still a widely- misunderstood condition and it is common for those with ADHD to feel unsupported by family, friends, colleagues and society in general. During your 90 day transformation, you will develop strategies that support you to find “safe” people to open up to about your ADHD and to speak up for yourself when you need to.
RELEASE- Uncover and release any subconscious blocks that have been making your ADHD more difficult to live with. Using highly potent but non-invasive techniques such as EFT tapping, Rapid Emotional Release therapy and NLP, Louisa will help you experience powerful and life-changing releases. I am not a health professional and would advise that you contact your Health Provider to discuss your ADHD. I cannot advise on medication.
That being said, the techniques and methods used in Holistic Coaching can be very successfully used alongside ADHD medication and are also effective if you are not on medication. I personally am not medicated and all the techniques I teach have been very effective in transforming my own life and approach to managing my ADHD.
